“MOCA Systems is an integral part of the USACE team, providing EVMS, cost estimating, scheduling and construction management support. The responsiveness, technical expertise and professionalism of MOCA Systems exceeded our expectations. They have been a force multiplier in the first year of this project.

Major changes in the awarded scope of construction required rapid cost and schedule risk analysis to support design and construction scope decisions – and MOCA delivered. From analyzing cost trends to predict estimate at completion, to complex schedule analysis, manpower analysis, trending and reporting, and work placement verification, MOCA systems has provided critical management tools for the USACE Norfolk District to successfully manage this project.”
