Alouette Cheese USA is the Pennsylvania-based U.S. subsidiary of French-based Bongrain S.A. with 120 factories worldwide. Alouette is the No. 1 brand of premium spreadable cheese in America.

MOCA was hired to provide energy master planning, energy audits and implementation management of energy conservation measures at three main Alouette Cheese USA facilities. MOCA is also providing guidance regarding energy rebates for selected Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) with emphasis on the local utility rebates and offers, plus waste stream guidance.

Sheraton Kauai Poipu Beach Villas Resort

Starwood Vacation Ownership (SVO) is managing a $200 million renovation and 900,000 square foot expansion of the Sheraton Kauai Poipu Beach Villas resort complex on the island of Kauai in Koloa. The program consists of demolition and improvements to 227 of the 413 hotel rooms within the Garden Wing, construction of a new 18-unit wing and 328 new timeshare condo units, and a new access road plus 948 parking stalls.
