The MOCABuild software application goes beyond today’s 3D BIM models and critical path scheduling applications to deliver a truly advanced capability to help plan, design and execute programs in the shortest timeframes and most cost-effective manners.

MOCABuild is a proprietary software application that enables users to create detailed and verifiable design and construction schedules based on a virtual computer simulation. It complements and augments existing BIM 3D applications to provide constructability guidance in the form of 4D (time) and 5D (cost) capabilities. It also augments traditional project management applications to enable users to harness the intelligence of virtual computer simulation to optimize the scheduling and allocation of resources.

Around the world, MOCABuild has been used to more effectively program and execute thousands of facility and infrastructure systems valued at over $15 billion.
